Purchasing

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made with major credit cards through Square using the web site shopping cart

  • We do not have access to your financial information when using Square

  • Paypal is available upon request, but not through the shopping cart. Please reach out via the Contact form - include the title of the artwork and your Paypal email address to request a Paypal invoice

International Purchases

  • International buyers please contact me prior to placing an order to receive an estimate of the shipping cost

  • All transactions are in US Dollars

  • International orders will require a Paypal invoice sent for the combined total of the purchase cost and final shipping amount

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country - we accept no responsibility for these additional charges and they are solely the responsibility of the buyer

SHIPPING

Shipping

US Shipping

  • Shipping is provided at no additional cost to locations within the United States

  • UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail are the primary carriers depending on the size of the artwork

International Shipping

  • International buyers please contact me prior to placing an order to receive an estimate of the shipping cost

  • Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination country and the time required to clear Customs - please remember the carrier has no control over Customs wait times so even priority shipping can take several weeks to clear Customs

Tracking and Signatures

  • A tracking number is provided with each shipment, regardless of carrier

  • Signature confirmation is required unless declined by the purchaser; when declining a signature confirmation the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the shipment

  • No refunds will be issued for lost shipments if the purchaser has declined a signature confirmation

RETURNS

Returns

US Orders

  • For artworks delivered to US addresses you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund

  • The refund amount will be the purchase price minus 20% to cover the original cost of shipping and packaging

  • Returns must be shipped in the same packaging, insured, signature required, and using the same carrier that delivered the artwork

  • The entire cost of return shipping is the responsibly of the buyer

  • The artwork must be received in the same condition as originally sent

  • Once the artwork is safely received a refund amount of 80% of the purchase price will be issued

International Orders

  • ​I am unable to offer a refund or return on any artwork(s) sent outside of the US

Damaged Orders

  • Artworks are carefully packaged to avoid shipping damage, but artworks are insured for their full value should a shipment be lost or damaged in transit

  • It is imperative that you inspect your shipment carefully before accepting delivery

  • Do not sign and accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged

  • If the damage is discovered after opening the shipping box contact me immediately using the contact form below

  • You must contact me within three (3) days of receipt to report a damaged shipment and provide all required photographic evidence of the damage in order for me to submit a claim with the carrier

  • Carriers require the following photographic evidence to process a claim:

    • A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box

    • A photo of the damaged item

    • A photo of the packaging material used

    • A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number

    • A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)

    • Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

    • Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length and width will also be needed

  • Once all required photographic evidence is submitted insurance claims can take several weeks to process​

  • Any payment made by the carrier on behalf of the damage claim will be used to issue a refund to the buyer, up to but not to exceed, the purchase price
